It depends on which package you choose.
Whether you choose the “Sweethearts” package with a coverage of 3h ideally for a Reception Party, or you opt for one of the Full-Day Packages, I will be at your service and at your own schedule.
Especially for the Full-Day Packages, I always suggest to split my time, between Ceremony, the drinks reception/after meal reception, so I will have a better coverage and make your experience truly unique.

Each package is different as is each Wedding: for this we offer different packages alongside the option to create a bespoke service, tailored to suits your needs best!
Illustrations of guests are often done in couples or pairs and I’ll usually draw full body portraits. Each illustration takes between 10 and 15 minutes depending on the number of people illustrated and the complexity of the details: so you we are looking on roughly 10/12 people per hour!When you book one of our Live Illustration Package, you will book a time slot but also a maximum number of illustrations that you will receive!
During the day I will illustrate as many guests as I can, if I cannot finish all the illustrations, I will complete them in our studio time, at not extra charge.

Usually I draw the happy couple as soon as I can, so it can be exhibited for your guests to admire.
Extra Treat for you : with all our Packages you will also have a A4 Wedding/Ceremony Portrait completed on my studio time…additionally with a Full Day Package you will have a Venue Portrait and Personalised Thank You Card!

Absolutely no!
I usually work with photos so your Guests don’t feel uncomfortable while they are being illustrated.
Our Assistant will take a quick photo of yourself and your guests and then they can go back to enjoy mingling with a glass of bubbly!
With the photos I’m able to capture your Guests in their best glow, that will help my illustration to speak volumes: I much prefer guests to act naturally and not sit stiffly for portraits, so my illustration will be full of character and personality!

Most guests totally loved being able to get their own portraits drawn in real time at the wedding. It’s a unique experience that will make your Wedding Day even more memorable!
Unlike Photo booths, Live illustration is something unique and special, that your Guests will treasure forever, also because it’s homemade in front of their own eyes - makes it ever more special!
Of course there will be some Guests who will be not comfortable with this, but not to worry - we will be very careful and discrete, we always aim to make everybody comfortable during all the duration of our service.

That depends on you!
You know your Venue best and remember it’s your day, and I want to You and your Guests to be comfortable: I will just ask to have a 6ft table with couple of chairs and easy access to a plug socket if it’s during an evening event/low light event.
Whether I’m booked for 3h or for the Full Day, I can draw anywhere… as long as is close to where your Guests will be mingling - Mostly of the time is an area near the bar or near your guestbook/ card table - it will help me to capture the moment and, as well, the expression of your Guests.

I’m base in Oxfordshire, but I’m happy to travel across the UK and Beyond.
Depending on the type of the package, I offer different mileage allowance: all the extra miles will be charge at 50p per mile.
If your wedding is much further afield, I’d still love to be your Wedding Illustrator!
I will ask for an extra accommodation fee for me and my assistant if the journey is more than 3h.

It’s very straight forward.
First of all, get in touch to let me know your wedding date, your venue and which illustration package you’d like and I’ll put together a quote for you including the additional travel fee (where applicable).
If you’re happy with your quote, I’ll send over a simple contract with Terms & Conditions for you to sign.
To secure your booking, I’ll take a £200 non-refundable deposit via PayPal or Bank Transfer - after that, your date is officially booked in! *
Three months before your wedding date, I’ll be in touch again for 50% of the remaining fee and start discussing the last few details, and if you have any final requests that I can accommodate.
The remaining balance is due one week before your wedding day.
From then, you don’ t need to worry about anything , other then enjoying your day!
We’ll arrive between 45 minutes and 1hour before your illustration schedule begins to get everything set up, and start to draw!
*If the Wedding is due within 3 months, I will ask for a non-refundable deposit of 50% to secure your date. The remaining balance will be due the week of your wedding.

Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the commission and current workload, but generally range from 2 to 8 weeks - however in high season might be longer.
For this we will have designated and limited slots available for commissions and Wedding stationery in each Season: this will allowing us to make sure to deliver a high quality product and service!

Yes absolutely!
We offer a limited number of revisions to ensure your illustrations and designs meets your expectations: especially in our stationery service, we like to make you be active part of the process, guide you all along the journey to create your prefect stationery!
Additional revisions may incur extra charges!

We provide both digital files and printed stationery.
Printed items are produced on high quality cardstock and can be customised to your chosen specifications!
If you will opt for a digital files, we can guide you toward the printing process and all the final artworks are typically provided in high-resolution digital formats such as JPEG, PNG or PDF!

Absolutely!
During the process of design we will provide a questionnaire for you to complete with any colour palettes, themes, or inspiration, and we will incorporate these into your personalised illustration or stationery!
Also we are able to organise a WebChat to discuss about your ideas and help me to create the perfect design for you.

After you will approved the final design, I will send your order to our printing service designated; they will then send the final art to us where we can double check the final product and make sure it’s on our high standard!
Then your order will be carefully packaged and shipped via a tracked postal service - Delivery time depends on your location and depending on the service you will choose!
